First month adds $5.00 in one-time number setup. Replace the minutes with your own from a recent invoice; there is nothing else to add.
How billing works
Usage draws from a prepaid balance (optional auto-recharge); numbers and other monthly items are invoiced on the 1st. Sign up, add a balance and place calls the same day; there is no paperwork and no term. Low-balance alerts and auto-recharge are in the portal under Billing.
Volume

Questions
- How much does SIP trunking cost per month?
- There is no monthly trunk fee and no per-channel fee. You pay for usage, $0.010 per minute outbound to the US and Canada and $0.009 per minute inbound to local numbers, plus $1.50 a month per US local number with a $1.00 one-time setup. A small office with 5 numbers, 2,000 outbound and 3,000 inbound minutes and E911 pays about $67.00 a month.
- Is SIP trunking cheaper than PRI?
- Usually by a wide margin. A PRI is a fixed monthly charge for 23 channels whether they carry calls or not, commonly in the hundreds of dollars a month per circuit. On a per-minute trunk the same 23 channels cost nothing while idle; you pay $0.010 per outbound minute and $0.009 per inbound minute. Put your PRI invoice next to your monthly minutes to see your own figure.
- Are there hidden fees with SIP trunking?
- No. Every charge is on this page: usage per minute, numbers at $1.50 a month plus $1.00 setup, porting at $5.00 a number, E911 at $2.50 a number a month, and inbound caller ID name at $0.75 a month per number plus $0.009 a call if you turn it on. Taxes and regulatory fees appear on the invoice where they apply.
- Do I need to pay for concurrent call channels?
- No. There is no per-channel fee and no set channel count on an IPComms trunk. Concurrent calls are limited by your bandwidth and by a fraud-protection limit that support raises on request.
- What does international calling cost?
- International destinations are rated per country and shown in the portal before you dial; rates are enabled per account on request. Inbound to international numbers is priced per number on this page.
- Is there a minimum, a contract or a setup fee for the trunk?
- None. Usage draws from a prepaid balance you top up by card, with optional auto-recharge; numbers and other monthly items are invoiced on the 1st. The only one-time charges are $1.00 per new number and $5.00 per ported number.
