IPComms' new Partner Program is dedicated to helping your business grow and succeed. We're currently searching for quality partners who can benefit from adding our industry leading SIP Trunking services to their existing portfolio of offerings. Partnering with IPComms means you can offer your customers high-quality SIP Trunking services while earning recurring revenue as you profit from every SIP Trunk sold.

Our partner program supports basic resellers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs):

Basic Resellers

Basic resellers are those partners that simply want to offer IPComms SIP Trunking services as-is. Customers of basic resellers will signup directly with IPComms and IPComms will be fully responsible for customer support, account management, as well as the billing and collecting of customer payments. IPComms provides the partner a flat 10% commission on qualifying sales made to customers which include all monthly surcharges for ports, numbers and packages sold. (Some services do not qualify*)

Value-Added Resellers

As a Value-Added Resellers or VARs partners choose to take full control of the management of the customer. This is ideal for those who want to layer additional services or features on top of our SIP trunks or for those who simply wish to markup our discounted prices for an increase in margin. We provide you with a "Master Account" in which customers can be added underneath as "Sub-Accounts" within the "Master Account". The VAR is responsible for customer support, account management, as well as billing, collecting and applying of customer payments.

If you are unsatisfied with your IP Communications service for any reason, in the first 30 days after signing up , you can cancel and we will give you a full refund, minus any usage fees. All we ask is that you call customer support to obtain a cancellation form and return it before the 30-day period has expired.
