What is a DID number?
A DID (Direct Inward Dialing) number is a virtual phone number that routes calls to your PBX or VoIP system over the internet. Unlike traditional phone lines, DIDs don't require physical wiring — they work with any SIP-compatible device. You can have local numbers in any area code to establish a local presence, even if your office is elsewhere.
How much do business phone numbers cost?
IPComms local DID numbers are $1.50/month each. Toll-free numbers (800, 888, 877, 866, 855) are $2.00/month. Inbound calls are $0.009/min for local and $0.03/min for toll-free. There are no setup fees and numbers are provisioned instantly.
