Upon signup, you are emailed your account activation email which will have the URL, Username and Password needed to access your PBX control panel.  If you can't locate this information, please call us at 1-800-588-2350 and we will help retrieve it for you.

Yes.  Just login to your PBX control panel, and select SERVICES --> PORT NUMBER.

This page will allow you to move an existing telephone number to our service. The process is simple, complete the three steps below and you're done.

Step 1: Transfer Information

Enter the number you wish to transfer. Enter the email address you would like us to contact you at for signing the LOA (Letter of Authorization).

Step 2: Existing Phone Billing Information

Enter your billing telephone number, name, and address. NOTE: Click the "Use Billing Address" link to auto complete this section with the billing address that we have on file.

Step 3: Emergency 911 Information

Enter your service address in this section. This is the address first responders will be dispatched in the event of an emergency. NOTE: Click the "Use Billing Address" link to auto complete this section with the billing address that we have on file.

IMPORTANT NUMBER TRANSFER INFORMATION

1) Number transfers may take up to 30 days to complete.
2) Number transfers may be rejected for many reasons, mainly incorrect information.
3) Each number transfer will be assigned a FOC (firm order commitment) date. This is the scheduled transfer date for you number.

Number transfers may take up to 30 days to complete. Generally faster, but the exact length of time will depend on the service provider we are porting the number from. We will work with you to complete the necessary paperwork and then submit the request.
